Northstar has different designs of magnetic separators providing an effective means removing ferrous and metallic particles from loosely packed and free flowing materials. These designs accommodate different size tubes and other receptacles specific to various applications, e.g. Material Packing & Palletizing System, Food Industry, etc.

The magnetic separators are usually consisted of two parts - drawable magnet bars grate skid and separator frame. The magnet bars are constructed of 304 stainless steel tubes, or 316 stainless steel tubes for special domains filled with Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet. Our standard bars are 25mm (1 inch) in diameter and various lengths up to 2500mm per customers' requirements.

Either round or square shape bars are available for customers desiring for special applications.
